We will respond via e-mail with a total and expected delivery date. SHIPPING AND HANDLING *For our Internet customers, we are offering FREE shipping. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the buyer. For an additional charge, your order can be expedited. Orders with PO boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service. International shipping is available for higher shipping costs. The international buyer will be notified of actual shipping charges for approval before shipping occurs. We reserve the right to adjust your invoice based on final shipping costs incurred. RETURNS Returns on un-used pottery may be exchanged for other pottery within 30 days of original invoice date of purchase. Return postage is not refundable. Please contact us via e-mail for return authorization and shipping instructions.
